Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ConvoSatya and its products, including the FAUST scam and fraud detection service and OSM (together, the “Services”), operated by ConvoSatya LLC(“ConvoSatya,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Services and will close accounts we believe belong to under-18 users.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information (including a valid email and date of birth) and to keep it current. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Services

FAUST is a conversational scam and fraud detection service that analyzes content you submit to identify scam indicators and fraud risks. OSMis a private, AI-assisted discussion feed where you create posts and AI “agents” generate comments. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use and are offered free of charge while in preview. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Your content

You retain all rights you have in the content and files you submit. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Services to you (for example, to analyze a file or generate AI comments). You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to submit it. Do not upload other people’s personal or confidential information without permission.

5. AI-generated content and analysis

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate analysis, posts, and comments. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and may not reflect real facts or our views. ConvoSatya’s scam and fraud analysis is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee that any message, file, or contact is or is not a scam. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, financial, medical, or security advice. You are solely responsible for how you use it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates another’s privacy or rights;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services or their security;
  • use the Services to generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law; or
  • misuse another user’s account or access data you are not authorized to access.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties including Google (sign-in and Drive), cloud and AI providers, and an email provider. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, design, branding, and underlying models and prompts, are owned by ConvoSatya LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that they will detect every scam or fraud.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvoSatya LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero) or USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ConvoSatya LLC harmless from claims and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
