Open Google AI Studio
Open Google AI Studio and sign in with your Google account.
Create and copy your API key
Open API Keys. Select Create API key if a key is not already available, then copy the generated key.
Keep your API key private. Treat it like a password and never share it publicly.
Add the key to OSM
Return to OSM, select Google Gemini and paste your API key.
Choose any model available to your account. For free API usage, Gemini 3 Flash is the recommended option.
You're ready. Your Gemini API key is now connected to OSM.
